Air Filtration for Pharmaceutical Production
Air filters for pharmaceutical production-area ventilation, air-handling units and compatible terminal installations. Review room air supply separately from equipment dust collection and heated-air processes.

Match each filter to its operating position.
Make-up and recirculation air
Review initial and subsequent particle filtration against the air-handling unit specification, operating airflow and available pressure.
Production-room supply
Select terminal filter dimensions, grade, frame and sealing to match the existing room air system.
Process dust collection
Identify the dust characteristics and collector interface when reviewing replacement cartridges. Keep equipment collection requirements separate from room ventilation.
Heated-air equipment
Provide the actual operating temperature and equipment specification for drying or heated-air filter enquiries.
Start with the equipment specification.
Filtration requirement
Identify the required grade and test standard, the existing filter arrangement and the incoming-air conditions.
Fit and airflow
Check actual width, height and depth, sealing, operating airflow and the pressure limits of the equipment.
Maintenance
Review removal clearance, filter condition and pressure-drop trends. Follow the equipment and filter replacement instructions.
Explore filter configurations.
Select the product that fits the specified filtration stage. The options below are alternatives to review, not a fixed sequence for every installation.

Ambient-Temperature Pre-Filter
Frame and construction options for compatible ambient-temperature ventilation systems.

For replacement collector cartridges, provide the dust characteristics and equipment interface. For heated-air filters, specify the actual temperature and installation requirements.
Prepare your filter enquiry.
Send the existing filter label, photographs and measurements together with the equipment requirements.
Include the specified frame material, gasket or gel-seal interface and equipment-specific material requirements.
- Equipment model and existing filter reference
- Actual width × height × depth and sealing details
- Required grade, test standard and operating airflow
- Temperature, moisture conditions and permitted pressure drop
- Required quantities and delivery destination
Before you select a replacement.
Can room ventilation filters replace a process dust collector element?
These are different equipment positions. Provide the collector reference and dust characteristics for a cartridge enquiry, and the air-handling specification for room ventilation filters.
How often should these filters be replaced?
Use equipment instructions, filter condition and pressure-drop readings where available. Replacement intervals vary with operating hours and particle loading.
Can you review a non-standard filter size?
Send the required dimensions, construction and equipment details. Available configurations and supply requirements can then be confirmed.
Let’s review your requirements.
Share your current filter details and required quantities to discuss the appropriate configuration.
