Choose a size below.
Match the housing.
Specify the options.
Dimensions and access
Measure width, height and depth, plus retaining clearance and the route for removing the filter. Provide a housing drawing where available.
Frame and mounting
MDF, galvanized steel or stainless steel frame. T: single flange; D: double flange; I: no flange. Optional handles, protective grids and special gaskets for side-access or front-loading housings.
Operating conditions
Provide the airflow, available pressure, humidity and operating conditions. Include the continuous temperature and any short-duration temperature peaks so the frame and sealing configuration can be selected.
Applications & system integration
Heated-air filtration
For projects requiring a temperature-specific assembly, provide the continuous operating conditions before selecting the frame and gasket.
Process-air installations
Match airflow, particle loading, upstream filtration and mounting details to the selected configuration.
Equipment replacement
Specify dimensions, flange arrangement, loading direction and operating temperature for the replacement assembly.
Fit correctly. Monitor in service.
Before installation
Check the frame, media and separators for damage. Carry the filter by its frame and verify airflow direction and housing dimensions.
Seat and secure
Keep the sealing surface clean. Apply retaining pressure evenly around the perimeter and match the gasket arrangement to the housing.
Monitor and replace
Record initial pressure drop at operating airflow and monitor the trend. Recommended final pressure drop: 600 Pa. Maximum final pressure drop: 1000 Pa. Replace earlier if the system requires it.
Product questions, answered.
Which depths and grades are available?
292 mm depths are available in H13 and H14. Select a depth to view its sizes and performance values.
Which frame and mounting options can I order?
MDF, galvanized steel or stainless steel frame. T: single flange; D: double flange; I: no flange. Optional handles, protective grids and special gaskets for side-access or front-loading housings.
How is temperature suitability specified?
Temperature suitability depends on the frame and sealing configuration. Provide your continuous operating temperature and any temperature peaks with the enquiry.
Why are several filter areas listed for the same size?
Each face size offers three filter-area configurations. Select the required area as well as the dimensions; both are included in the enquiry.
What do I need to measure?
Provide the full width, height and depth in millimetres, plus the mounting interface, sealing face and available removal space.
How do I specify a replacement?
Select a table row and add the quantity, required frame and operating conditions. Include an existing filter label or housing drawing in your email.
When should the filter be replaced?
Monitor pressure drop and the condition of the filter. The recommended final pressure drop is 600 Pa and the maximum is 1000 Pa; your system may require an earlier change.
