QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION
Quality Control
Discuss your product specifications, inspection requirements and documentation needs with CINRIWA before ordering.
Product Inspection Points
Use the following points to define the inspection requirements for your order. Confirm the applicable checks and acceptance criteria for the specific product.
| Inspection Item | Details to Confirm |
|---|---|
| Dimensions | Width, height, depth and the dimensional tolerances agreed for the order. |
| Frame & Construction | Frame material, joints and support construction against the agreed specification. |
| Media Condition | Visible tears, deformation or assembly defects affecting the filter media. |
| Gaskets & Sealing | Gasket position, condition and assembly against the specified sealing arrangement. |
| Label & Packaging | Product identification, quantity, label information and protection for transport. |
Performance Verification
Performance requirements should identify the applicable test standard, filter grade, airflow and pressure drop where relevant. Confirm the required test scope and documentation for the specific product before ordering.
Match the Report to the Requirement
Efficiency, pressure-drop and leakage testing address different aspects of filter performance. Testing scope and available reports vary by product type and specification.
Visual and dimensional checks do not replace filtration performance testing. Share any required test method and acceptance criteria with your inquiry.
Quality Management Certification
ISO 9001 Certificate
View our quality management system certificate for the stated organization and certification scope.
Management system certification and product test reports serve different purposes. Product-specific performance requirements should be reviewed separately.
Test Reports
Reports apply only to the tested samples. Contact us for documentation relevant to your product.
