Two media options
Meltblown and rigid synthetic-fibre media are available. The 40 listed configurations apply to both media options.
Two pocket depths
535 and 635 mm depths offer different media areas and initial resistances. Check available space for the pockets to extend and for maintenance access.

Prefiltration for compatible air systems
Commercial air-handling units
Particle filtration in compatible HVAC supply, return-air and recirculation systems. Match grade and airflow to the system design.
Industrial ventilation
Filter airborne particles in general industrial ventilation. Use appropriate upstream filtration for coarse dust and process contaminants.
Multi-stage filtration
Use as a filtration stage ahead of downstream filters where required. Select each stage to match the specified air-quality requirements.

Before installation
Check face dimensions, depth and frame fit. Follow the airflow arrow with pocket openings facing the incoming air.
Seat & secure
Apply even retaining pressure and check perimeter seals and filter-bank joints for bypass gaps.
Track condition
Leave unobstructed space for the pockets to extend. Record pressure drop at the operating airflow and inspect pockets and seams.
Follow system limits
Use pressure-drop monitoring and equipment maintenance requirements to plan replacement. Check the listed final pressure drop for the selected model.

Which grades and depths are available?
F5, F6, F7, F8 and F9 are available in 535 and 635 mm depths. Each combination includes four face sizes.
Do both media options use this specification table?
Yes. The listed specifications apply to both meltblown and rigid synthetic-fibre media options.
How do the two depths compare?
Compare the exact model rows. For the same grade and face size, the listed 635 mm model has more media area and an initial resistance 10 Pa lower than the 535 mm model.
Which frames are available?
Galvanized steel and aluminium alloy frames are available, with a listed frame thickness of 20–25 mm.
