Polyester filter medium
PET synthetic-fibre nonwoven media forms the filter pockets. Select the grade and pocket configuration to match the system requirements.
One 600 mm depth
Three face sizes are available across four grades. Pocket count and filter area vary by model, with 3 to 8 pockets in the listed range.
Five frame options
Choose galvanized steel, aluminium alloy, stainless steel, ABS plastic or cardboard. Include the preferred frame and operating conditions in your enquiry.

Confirm the filter.
Measure the existing filter and mounting slot. Include clearances, seals and retaining details.
Provide airflow, allowable pressure drop, temperature and any humidity or liquid exposure.
Share the quantity, required specification and photos or drawings. Non-standard dimensions are reviewed before quotation.
Prefiltration for compatible air systems
Commercial air-handling units
Particle filtration in compatible HVAC supply, return-air and recirculation systems. Match grade and airflow to the system design.
Industrial ventilation
Filter airborne particles in general industrial ventilation. Use appropriate upstream filtration for coarse dust and process contaminants.
Multi-stage filtration
Use as a filtration stage ahead of downstream filters where required. Select each stage to match the specified air-quality requirements.

Before installation
Check face dimensions, depth and frame fit. Follow the airflow arrow with pocket openings facing the incoming air.
Seat & secure
Apply even retaining pressure and check perimeter seals and filter-bank joints for bypass gaps.
Track condition
Leave unobstructed space for the pockets to extend. Record pressure drop at the operating airflow and inspect pockets and seams.
Follow system limits
Use pressure-drop monitoring and equipment maintenance requirements to plan replacement. Check the listed final pressure drop for the selected model.

Which grades are available?
G4, F5, F6 and F7 are listed, with three face sizes at 600 mm depth.
How many pockets does each model have?
Pocket count depends on grade and face size. The model table lists 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 pockets.
Which frames can I order?
Galvanized steel, aluminium alloy, stainless steel, ABS plastic and cardboard frames are available. Include your preferred material in the enquiry.
What final pressure drop is recommended?
260 Pa for G4, 300 Pa for F5 and F6, and 380 Pa for F7. Use the selected model and equipment maintenance requirements when planning replacement.
