Microglass mini-pleat media
Micro fiberglass paper forms the mini-pleat pack. Depth and face size determine the listed filter area for each configuration.
Frame and grid options
The 30 mm model has an aluminium frame. The 69, 78 and 90 mm models offer aluminium or MDF. MDF versions in 69 and 78 mm depths offer single-sided or double-sided grids; the other listed configurations have double-sided grids.
One-piece gasket
A foamed polyurethane gasket forms the sealing surface. Match frame depth, gasket contact and retaining clearance to the housing.

Cleanroom terminal supply
Use within a clean-air system designed for the required filtration grade. Match the filter dimensions and mounting interface to the terminal housing.
Compatible FFUs and clean-air equipment
Check the unit depth, airflow requirements, pressure allowance and gasket contact against the equipment design.
Local clean-air work zones
Provide the required grade and installation details for equipment-integrated filter sections and local clean-air enclosures.
Fit correctly. Monitor in service.
Before installation
Confirm the frame dimensions, gasket condition and airflow direction. Carry the filter by its frame without pressing the media.
Seat & secure
Apply retaining pressure evenly around the frame. Keep the housing contact surface clean and check for gaps around the perimeter.
Track condition
Record pressure drop under the operating conditions. Inspect the frame, protective grids and gasket during maintenance.
Follow system limits
Plan replacement against the system requirements and pressure-drop trend. Replace damaged filters rather than washing or blowing out the media.

Which grades can I choose?
30 and 90 mm models are available in H13 and H14. The 69 and 78 mm models also offer U15.
Do all depths have the same sizes?
No. The 30, 69 and 78 mm models each list seven face sizes. The 90 mm model lists five. Use the specification table for the selected depth.
Which frames and protective grids are available?
30 mm uses an aluminium frame with double-sided grids. The other depths offer aluminium or MDF frames. MDF versions in 69 and 78 mm depths can have single-sided or double-sided grids; 90 mm versions have double-sided grids.
How do I choose the installation depth?
Measure the housing slot and gasket contact surface. Check retaining clearance and the required filtration grade before selecting a listed size.
What are the final pressure-drop values?
Recommended final pressure drop is 600 Pa; maximum final pressure drop is 1000 Pa. Plan replacement against the operating requirements of your system.
What should I send for a quotation?
Select the depth, grade and size, then add quantity, frame preference, operating airflow and mounting details. Include photos or drawings in your email where available.
