Air Filtration for Industrial Coating
Air filtration for liquid-coating enclosures, powder collection equipment and heated-air sections on industrial coating lines. Review each process position separately using the equipment specification.

Match the element to the coating process.
Coating-line supply air
Review prefilters and subsequent particle filtration for the enclosure air supply, including fit, sealing and airflow.
Liquid overspray
Select a paint-arrestor format for the coating in use and the installed capture section.
Powder collection
Review cartridges or rigid plate elements against the collector model, powder characteristics and mounting interface.
Drying and curing air
Provide actual operating temperature, airflow and housing details when reviewing heated-air filter configurations.
Start with the equipment specification.
Filtration requirement
Identify the required grade and test standard, the existing filter arrangement and the incoming-air conditions.
Fit and airflow
Check actual width, height and depth, sealing, operating airflow and the pressure limits of the equipment.
Maintenance
Review removal clearance, filter condition and pressure-drop trends. Follow the equipment and filter replacement instructions.
Explore filter configurations.
Select the product that fits the specified filtration stage. The options below are alternatives to review, not a fixed sequence for every installation.

Pleated Primary Panel Filter
Pleated panels for coarse dust and fibre prefiltration in ventilation equipment.

Match the element to the collector specification and powder characteristics. Confirm the mounting, sealing and cleaning arrangement.
Drying and curing air systems
Select the temperature-compatible configuration for the actual operating conditions and equipment housing.
Gas-phase treatment requirements
Overspray capture and gas-phase treatment serve different purposes. Describe the contaminants and operating conditions for a separate assessment of the intended adsorption duty.

Before you select a replacement.
Can liquid-paint arrestors be used instead of powder collector elements?
These are different applications. Liquid overspray media and powder collector elements must be matched to their respective equipment and process requirements.
How often should these filters be replaced?
Use equipment instructions, filter condition and pressure-drop readings where available. Replacement intervals vary with operating hours and particle loading.
Can you review a non-standard filter size?
Send the required dimensions, construction and equipment details. Available configurations and supply requirements can then be confirmed.
Let’s review your requirements.
Share your current filter details and required quantities to discuss the appropriate configuration.
