Pleated Primary
Panel Filter
Pleated polyester media for fresh air, return air and industrial ventilation.
Choose G3 or G4, 45 or 95 mm depth, and one of six face sizes. The pleated medium captures coarse dust and fibres ahead of coils and subsequent filtration stages.

Measure the installation.
Confirm the filter.
Measure the existing filter and mounting slot. Include clearances, seals and retaining details.
Provide airflow, allowable pressure drop, temperature and any humidity or liquid exposure.
Share the quantity, required specification and photos or drawings. Non-standard dimensions are reviewed before quotation.
Prefiltration for compatible air systems
Fresh & return air
Coarse-dust and fibre capture in commercial air conditioning and industrial ventilation, ahead of subsequent filtration stages.
Modular air-handling units
Small, half-width and full-width modules support different filter-bank arrangements. Seal the joints between adjacent filters.
Equipment intake & retrofit
Match the existing opening, available depth and airflow. Confirm the frame material and grade before replacing the filter.
Fit correctly. Monitor in service.
Before installation
Confirm dimensions, depth, frame material and airflow direction before installation. Avoid bending the frame or forcing the filter into the opening.
Seat & secure
Apply even retaining pressure and check continuous sealing around the frame. Inspect joints between adjacent filters for bypass gaps.
Track condition
Record the initial pressure drop and compare readings at the same airflow. Inspect media, frame and seals during routine maintenance.
Follow system limits
Replace the filter according to pressure-drop monitoring and equipment maintenance requirements.
Product questions, answered.
Which grades and depths are available?
G3 and G4 are each available in 45 and 95 mm depths, with six face sizes per combination.
How do I choose between 45 and 95 mm?
Check the available mounting depth, then compare the media area, airflow and resistance for the selected grade and size.
Which frame materials can I order?
Metal and plastic frames are available. Include your preferred frame and installation requirements with the enquiry.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send the required dimensions, grade, depth, frame preference, operating airflow and quantity.
When should the filter be replaced?
Monitor pressure drop and filter condition. The listed final pressure drop is 250 Pa; follow your equipment maintenance requirements.
