Supported media.
A framed solution for hot air.
Framed panel assembly
A formed filter panel combines glass-fibre media, retaining mesh and an outer frame for installation in a compatible filter section.
Supported filter medium
The retaining mesh and downstream support bars help hold the medium in position and support it against airflow.
Two media constructions
Flat and corrugated media options are available with aluminium alloy or galvanized steel frames. The listed specifications apply to both constructions and frame options.

Prefiltration for compatible air systems
Drying & curing equipment
Prefiltration in compatible hot-air drying and curing systems. Select the panel and installation components to suit the process conditions.
Hot-air supply & recirculation
Particle prefiltration for hot-air supply and circulating-air systems, including suitable coating-line and oven installations.
Equipment replacement
A framed panel for replacement in existing filter sections. Confirm mounting dimensions, temperature conditions and allowable pressure drop.
Fit correctly. Monitor in service.
Before installation
Check the panel dimensions, frame and media. Install with the support bars on the downstream side and follow the airflow direction.
Seat & secure
Use mounting hardware and sealing materials suitable for the operating temperature. Apply even pressure around the frame.
Track condition
Monitor pressure drop and inspect the mesh, media and frame. The listed final pressure drop is 200 Pa.
Follow system limits
Shut down and allow the equipment to cool before removal. Follow the equipment isolation and maintenance procedures.
