Air Filtration for Automotive Manufacturing
Air filters for vehicle assembly halls and manufacturing support areas. Review building ventilation separately from machine oil-mist collection and equipment dust extraction.

Start with the filter position.
Assembly hall ventilation
Match supply-air prefilters and subsequent filtration to the air-handling unit, operating airflow and installation space.
Higher-airflow units
Review bag and V-bank configurations against the specified grade, model airflow and available fan pressure.
Machine filtration
For compatible oil-mist equipment, provide the machine and existing element reference along with the actual operating conditions.
Dust collection equipment
Identify the collector element and dust characteristics before reviewing a replacement. Building ventilation and equipment collection use different filter arrangements.
Start with the equipment specification.
Filtration requirement
Identify the required grade and test standard, the existing filter arrangement and the incoming-air conditions.
Fit and airflow
Check actual width, height and depth, sealing, operating airflow and the pressure limits of the equipment.
Maintenance
Review removal clearance, filter condition and pressure-drop trends. Follow the equipment and filter replacement instructions.
Explore filter configurations.
Select the product that fits the specified filtration stage. The options below are alternatives to review, not a fixed sequence for every installation.

Ambient-Temperature Pre-Filter
Frame and construction options for compatible ambient-temperature ventilation systems.

Provide the equipment reference and contaminant characteristics to review the required replacement configuration.
Prepare your filter enquiry.
Send the existing filter label, photographs and measurements together with the equipment requirements.
Identify the filter position, coating or collected material, frame and support arrangement for each requested replacement.
- Equipment model and existing filter reference
- Actual width × height × depth and sealing details
- Required grade, test standard and operating airflow
- Temperature, moisture conditions and permitted pressure drop
- Required quantities and delivery destination
Before you select a replacement.
Can a ventilation filter replace a machine collection element?
Select the element specified for its equipment position. A building air-handling filter and an oil-mist or dust-collector element are not automatically interchangeable.
How often should these filters be replaced?
Use equipment instructions, filter condition and pressure-drop readings where available. Replacement intervals vary with operating hours and particle loading.
Can you review a non-standard filter size?
Send the required dimensions, construction and equipment details. Available configurations and supply requirements can then be confirmed.
Let’s review your requirements.
Share your current filter details and required quantities to discuss the appropriate configuration.
