V-Bank Filter
A rigid V-bank configuration for high-airflow ventilation systems.
F6–F9 grades combine an ABS frame with microglass mini-pleat packs. Three face sizes provide rated airflows from 2125 to 4250 m³/h at a 292 mm depth.

V-bank media arrangement
Multiple mini-pleat packs are arranged within a rigid ABS frame. Filter area varies from 9 to 18 m² with face size.
A consistent 292 mm depth
Three face sizes share one depth, making the installation envelope clear across the range.
Four filtration grades
F6, F7, F8 and F9 use the same listed sizes and rated airflows, with a separate initial resistance for each grade.

Confirm the filter.
Measure the existing filter and mounting slot. Include clearances, seals and retaining details.
Provide airflow, allowable pressure drop, temperature and any humidity or liquid exposure.
Share the quantity, required specification and photos or drawings. Non-standard dimensions are reviewed before quotation.

Before installation
Check dimensions and mounting fit. Follow the airflow arrow and handle the filter by its frame, keeping pressure off the media.
Seat & secure
Apply even retaining pressure. Check the perimeter seal and filter-bank joints for bypass gaps.
Track condition
Record initial pressure drop at the operating airflow. Inspect the frame, filter pack and seals during maintenance.
Follow system limits
Plan replacement using pressure-drop monitoring and equipment maintenance requirements. Replace damaged filters promptly.
