Air Filtration for Warehousing & Logistics

Building ventilation filters for warehouses, distribution centres and logistics spaces. Focus on environmental dust, fibres and compatible supply-air or return-air equipment.

Warehousing & Logistics ventilation application scene
SPACES & EQUIPMENT

Keep building ventilation in focus.

Storage areas

Review general ventilation and the incoming particle load around shelving and stored goods.

Packing and handling areas

Consider fibres and environmental dust associated with routine handling when planning prefiltration and inspection.

Supply and return-air units

Match panel dimensions and frame construction to the equipment and actual temperature and moisture conditions.

Replacement planning

Keep filter size and quantity records for each unit, and review condition and pressure-drop trends during operation.

SELECTION CONSIDERATIONS

Start with the equipment specification.

01

Filtration requirement

Identify the required grade and test standard, the existing filter arrangement and the incoming-air conditions.

02

Fit and airflow

Check actual width, height and depth, sealing, operating airflow and the pressure limits of the equipment.

03

Maintenance

Review removal clearance, filter condition and pressure-drop trends. Follow the equipment and filter replacement instructions.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you select a replacement.

Can these ventilation filters replace a process dust collector?

This application covers building supply and return air. Dust generated by a production process requires a separately specified collection system and suitable collector elements.

How often should these filters be replaced?

Use equipment instructions, filter condition and pressure-drop readings where available. Replacement intervals vary with operating hours and particle loading.

Can you review a non-standard filter size?

Send the required dimensions, construction and equipment details. Available configurations and supply requirements can then be confirmed.
