A cleanroom filter enquiry is easier to review when it describes the complete installed assembly. A front photograph and a nominal size can identify a starting point, but they may leave important details unresolved. Preparing a replacement brief helps keep the purchasing discussion focused.
Keep the existing specification
Collect the product label, model reference and available equipment documentation. Copy the required grade and standard exactly. Where the drawing and label differ, include both and explain the difference rather than selecting one without review.
The replacement should be checked against the installation requirement. A filter’s listed grade alone does not establish the classification or performance of the complete room.
Record dimensions and the housing interface
Provide width, height and depth with units, including projecting features. Add photographs of the frame, mounting position and retaining arrangement. If a drawing is available, mark the dimensions relevant to fitting and sealing.
State the required frame material and identify any protective grid or handle. Accessories should appear explicitly in the enquiry so that they are not assumed from a photograph.
Identify the seal
Specify the type and location of the sealing interface. For gasket arrangements, show which face carries the seal and provide the available specification. For a gel-seal installation, include details of the mating housing interface.
CINRIWA’s gel-seal HEPA / ULPA filters and mini-pleat range offer different configurations. Confirm the required interface before choosing the product.
Add the operating and delivery requirements
Include the intended airflow and operating conditions, plus quantity and delivery destination. Note any site-specific handling or packaging requirements. If the filter is being ordered ahead of planned maintenance, share the required delivery date so arrangements can be discussed.
Keep the enquiry traceable
Use one reference for the drawing, photographs and specification, especially when several similar filters are being ordered. Separate each configuration into its own line with an individual quantity. This reduces the chance of one frame or seal detail being applied to all items.
Send the replacement brief to CINRIWA and identify any unresolved details. An agreed specification provides a clearer basis for quotation and ordering than an appearance-only match.
