Air Filtration for Metalworking & Oil Mist Control
Filter elements for compatible machine oil-mist collectors, droplet separation sections and workshop ventilation. Match each replacement to its equipment position and the coolant in use.

Separate machine collection from workshop air supply.
Enclosed machining
Record the cutting oil or water-based coolant, machining process and existing collector model.
Mist collection stages
Match oil-mist elements to the installed stage, dimensions, seal and operating airflow.
Droplet separation
Review metal mesh elements for suitable pre-treatment sections with the required collection and drainage arrangement.
Workshop supply air
Select ventilation prefilters separately from the machine extraction system. Room supply-air filtration does not replace capture at the machine.
Start with the equipment specification.
Filtration requirement
Identify the required grade and test standard, the existing filter arrangement and the incoming-air conditions.
Fit and airflow
Check actual width, height and depth, sealing, operating airflow and the pressure limits of the equipment.
Maintenance
Review removal clearance, filter condition and pressure-drop trends. Follow the equipment and filter replacement instructions.

Before you select a replacement.
Can a workshop ventilation filter replace an oil-mist collector element?
No. Review the collector element against its equipment specification, coolant conditions and drainage arrangement. Workshop supply-air filters have a separate duty.
How often should these filters be replaced?
Use equipment instructions, filter condition and pressure-drop readings where available. Replacement intervals vary with operating hours and particle loading.
Can you review a non-standard filter size?
Send the required dimensions, construction and equipment details. Available configurations and supply requirements can then be confirmed.
Let’s review your requirements.
Share your current filter details and required quantities to discuss the appropriate configuration.
