Applications & system integration
Hot-air process systems
Particle filtration where the process specification calls for a high-temperature filter. Confirm the operating temperature profile.
Drying and heated ventilation
Review the filter grade, airflow and mounting interface for the heated-air section.
Multi-stage process filtration
Use with appropriate upstream filtration and confirm that housing seals and retaining parts suit the operating conditions.
Fit correctly. Monitor in service.
Before installation
Check dimensions and mounting fit. Follow the airflow arrow and handle the filter by its frame, keeping pressure off the media.
Seat & secure
Confirm the housing seals and retaining components suit the operating temperature. Apply even pressure around the sealing face.
Track condition
Record initial pressure drop at the operating airflow. Inspect the frame, filter pack and seals during maintenance.
Follow system limits
Plan replacement using pressure-drop monitoring and equipment maintenance requirements. Replace damaged filters promptly.
