Three constructions
Choose flat, pleated or inner-and-outer frame construction. The specification table applies to all three options.
Three metal frame options
Galvanized steel, aluminium alloy and stainless steel frames are available. Specify the frame material when requesting a quotation.
Four listed sizes
Choose 595 × 595 or 290 × 595 mm face dimensions, in 45 or 90 mm depth. Initial resistance is ≤50 Pa at 45 mm and ≤75 Pa at 90 mm at the listed rated airflow.

Compare the four listed sizes. These specifications apply to flat, pleated and inner-and-outer frame constructions. Filter area is the same at both depths for each face size.
45 mm
| W × H × D (mm) | Rated airflow (m³/h) | Initial resistance (Pa) | Recommended final resistance (Pa) | Filter area (m²) |
|---|---|---|---|---|

Measure the installation.
Confirm the filter.
Measure the existing filter and mounting slot. Include clearances, seals and retaining details.
Provide airflow, allowable pressure drop, temperature and any humidity or liquid exposure.
Share the quantity, required specification and photos or drawings. Non-standard dimensions are reviewed before quotation.
Prefiltration for compatible air systems
HVAC prefiltration
Use in fresh-air and return-air systems to capture coarse dust and fibres upstream of coils and subsequent filters.
Compressor intake prefiltration
Provide a coarse prefiltration stage for compatible large air-compressor intake systems. Match the number of filters to the required airflow.
Cleanroom return & HEPA prefiltration
Use as an upstream pre-filter or return-air filter. Select downstream filtration to meet the system’s air-quality requirements.
Fit correctly. Monitor in service.
Before installation
Confirm dimensions, depth, frame material and airflow direction before installation. Avoid bending the frame or forcing the filter into the opening.
Seat & secure
Apply even retaining pressure and check continuous sealing around the frame. Inspect joints between adjacent filters for bypass gaps.
Track condition
Record the initial pressure drop and compare readings at the same airflow. Inspect media, frame and seals during routine maintenance.
Follow system limits
Replace the filter according to pressure-drop monitoring and equipment maintenance requirements.
Product questions, answered.
Which constructions are available?
Flat, pleated and inner-and-outer frame constructions are available. The four-size specification table applies to all three.
Does the filter area change with depth?
For each face size, the listed filter area is the same at 45 and 90 mm depth: 1.96 m² for 595 × 595 mm and 1 m² for 290 × 595 mm.
Which frame materials are available?
Choose galvanized steel, aluminium alloy or stainless steel. Specify the required material and construction in your enquiry.
What is the recommended final pressure drop?
The recommended range is 220–230 Pa for 45 mm models and 230–240 Pa for 90 mm models. Plan replacement using pressure-drop monitoring and equipment maintenance requirements.
