A practical first stage.
A configuration that fits.
Choose the filter by installation fit, operating conditions and required performance—not by dimensions alone.
Pleated synthetic media
The folded medium provides an expanded filtration surface within a panel format. Choose a size that matches your equipment and operating requirements.
Whole-filter replacement
A framed assembly can be replaced as a complete unit in a compatible mounting system. Check retaining hardware and seals whenever a filter is changed.
Three depth options
Choose from 25, 51 and 102 mm depths. Confirm the mounting dimensions, operating airflow and equipment requirements before ordering.

Measure the installation.
Confirm the filter.
Measure the existing filter and mounting slot. Include clearances, seals and retaining details.
Provide airflow, allowable pressure drop, temperature and any humidity or liquid exposure.
Share the quantity, required specification and photos or drawings. Non-standard dimensions are reviewed before quotation.
Prefiltration for compatible air systems
HVAC & ventilation
First-stage filtration in suitable air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, ahead of downstream filters.
Return-air filtration
Selected return-air installations where the dust type, environment and equipment requirements suit this construction.
Equipment prefiltration
Compatible air-compressor intake and local high-efficiency filtration equipment, subject to the equipment manufacturer's requirements.
Fit correctly. Monitor in service.
Before installation
Confirm size, frame integrity and required airflow direction. Avoid bending or forcing the cardboard frame into the slot.
Seat & secure
Check continuous contact with the mounting frame and secure the filter as required. Inspect corners and joins for bypass gaps.
Track condition
Where monitoring is available, compare pressure drop at the same airflow. Inspect for frame deformation, media damage and leakage.
Follow system limits
Replace the filter according to pressure-drop monitoring and equipment maintenance requirements.
Product questions, answered.
Can this filter be washed and reused?
This is a disposable replacement filter, not a washable product. If your installation requires cleaning and reuse, ask us about an alternative construction.
Are nominal inch sizes the actual installation dimensions?
Do not select a replacement by the inch designation alone. Confirm the listed millimetre dimensions against the existing filter and mounting slot before placing an order.
Can I use this filter in damp conditions?
Where persistent humidity, condensation or liquid contact is expected, confirm frame and media suitability before ordering. A dimensional match alone does not establish suitability.
When should the filter be replaced?
Use the equipment requirements, pressure-drop trend, airflow and filter condition to set the maintenance interval. The catalogue lists 250 Pa as the final pressure drop; your equipment may require replacement earlier.
Can you supply a non-standard size?
Send the required dimensions or a drawing. Available dimensions, construction and order requirements will be confirmed with the quotation.
