Supported deep-pleat media

Corrugated aluminium separators hold the microglass paper apart to form airflow channels through the filter pack.

Depth-specific frame choices

Choose aluminium or MDF at 150 mm. The 292 mm range offers MDF, galvanized steel or stainless steel.

Gasket and handling options

Both depths use a one-piece foamed polyurethane gasket. The 150 mm model has protective grids, with single- or double-sided grids for MDF frames. Handles are optional on the 292 mm model.

FIT & CONFIGURATION

Match the housing.
Specify the options.

Dimensions and access

Measure width, height and depth, plus retaining clearance and the route for removing the filter. Provide a housing drawing where available.

Frame and mounting

For 150 mm: aluminium or MDF frame; MDF with single- or double-sided grids. For 292 mm: MDF, galvanized steel or stainless steel frame; optional handles.

Operating conditions

Provide the airflow, available pressure, humidity and operating conditions. Match the sealing face and frame material to your installation.

APPLICATIONS

Applications & system integration

Air-handling units

Select dimensions, airflow and pressure drop against the HEPA stage of the air-handling unit.

Existing-system replacements

Compare the existing frame, sealing face and access space with the selected configuration before ordering.

Clean-air supply systems

Use with upstream prefiltration and a housing designed for the required grade and airflow.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE

Fit correctly. Monitor in service.

Before installation

Check the frame, media and separators for damage. Carry the filter by its frame and verify airflow direction and housing dimensions.

Seat and secure

Keep the sealing surface clean. Apply retaining pressure evenly around the perimeter and match the gasket arrangement to the housing.

Monitor and replace

Record initial pressure drop at operating airflow and monitor the trend. Recommended final pressure drop: 600 Pa. Maximum final pressure drop: 1000 Pa. Replace earlier if the system requires it.
