Dual-density medium
A dual-density filter medium forms the mini-pleat pack. Adhesive beads maintain the pleat spacing.
Nine nominal sizes
Nominal inch sizes and actual millimetre dimensions are shown together. Use the actual dimensions to check the mounting slot.
Three MERV options
MERV 11, 13 and 14 share the listed size range. Initial resistance is 115, 145 and 160 Pa respectively.

Applications & system integration
HVAC air-handling units
Particle filtration in compatible supply and recirculation systems. Match the selected grade and airflow to the system design.
Industrial ventilation
Use within a specified particle-filtration stage. Confirm mounting dimensions and operating conditions.
Multi-stage filtration
Pair with upstream prefiltration and downstream filtration as required by the system specification.
Fit correctly. Monitor in service.
Before installation
Check dimensions and mounting fit. Follow the airflow arrow and handle the filter by its frame, keeping pressure off the media.
Seat & secure
Apply even retaining pressure. Check the perimeter seal and filter-bank joints for bypass gaps.
Track condition
Record initial pressure drop at the operating airflow. Inspect the frame, filter pack and seals during maintenance.
Follow system limits
Plan replacement using pressure-drop monitoring and equipment maintenance requirements. Replace damaged filters promptly.
Product questions, answered.
Is 4 inches the actual depth?
The nominal depth is 4 inches; the listed actual depth is 95 mm. Use the actual millimetre dimensions when checking fit.
What medium is used?
The filter uses dual-density media with adhesive beads to maintain pleat spacing.
What units are used for airflow?
The specification table lists rated airflow in CFM. Nominal sizes are in inches and actual sizes are in millimetres.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send your required grade, dimensions, quantity, operating airflow and installation details. Include drawings or photos of the housing where available.
